This week has been absolutely incredible! Sister Herrin and I have seen some awesome miracles! Sister Herrin is so cool! We are so very similar and get along great! We have gone through a lot of the same things so we totally understand each other. And she wants to work hard so thats the best!
We had a very sweet experience this week as we taught a couple of our investigators. We had already taught them the plan of salvation so we were teaching them the restoration, and the spirit was so strong and Francis said that she knew it was the spirit. And then they said they would be baptized!
Also since I am the senior comp I get to drive!! Yay!! One of the biggest issues our gators have to work through is being committed to the gospel. Ada culture is very relaxed and slow going and no one really sets appts, its more just stop by whenever. So that was hard for me to get used to and it still stresses me out. But its hard for people to be so on top of coming to church and reading everyday and stuff like that because they are used to not having a schedule. So thats a constant battle. Also everyone here smokes or does drugs! Its crazy and so sad! But it has been amazing to see when people do give up those addictions and how its only through the atonement that they are fully able to change not just their behavior but their nature.
